Please pass up your green card before (3/8).
Remember to write your name, class, school no. and Badan perkhidmatan.

Please take note that Krs 2/3 点名 if you have club or other activity on the same day and same time with Krs 2/3 点名，your attendance wouldn’t be counted.
Example :
For morning class, Krs 点名 is from 1:30-2:30, then Tuesday you have bm club from 1:30-3:00.
But if you come 点名 and attend your club after that, your attendance will not be recorded because your Krs attendance will crash with your club attendance.

Form 5 PKK who haven’t pass up their money (RM15) for farewell, please hand in the money to Zi Ying tomorrow.
